  • How can I pay?
    We accept the following: 1. Cash on Delivery (via Lazada Store ONLY) 2. Bank Deposit (BDO) 3. G-cash
  • How much does the shipping and delivery cost?
    We offer an affordable flat-rate shipping fee of P 150 .00 for Metro Manila, while the Provincial area is P250.00.
  • How long will it take for my order to arrive?
    The estimated delivery time is 3 to 5 business days for customers within Metro Manila and 5-10 business days for customers outside Metro Manila. Please note that due to the high volume of orders, there may be potential delays in our deliveries.
  • How do I track my order?
    Once your item/s has been handed to our partnered courier, you will receive an email from us containing your tracking number.
  • How do I cancel my order?
    If you wish to cancel your order, you may email us here or message us at milamnl.inq@gmail.com. Please take note, that the cancellation request should be requested within 24 hours after your purchase.
  • Do you ship internationally?
    No, we only deliver our products locally.
  • How can I request for Returns/Exchange?
    If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you are welcome to email your request for a return to milamnl.inq@gmail.com. Ensure it is within seven (7) days after delivery. Kindly follow the guidelines below to be eligible for returns/exchanges The item/s must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition as you received it. Submit the receipt on your proof of purchase. 7-Day Returns Warranty only last for 7 working days. Item/s returned after the warranty period will not be eligible for our policy. Suppose you received an item that is broken/defective. Please attach a picture that clearly shows the damage and describes the issue of receiving a replacement. The customer shoulders the shipping fee for sending back the item/s.
  • How do Refunds work?
    Once we received your return and are done inspecting it, we will be sending you an email with regards to the status of your request. If the returned item/s is/are unused, in the original packaging, and in good condition (no damage or missing parts) a full refund will be processed thru G-Cash or bank transfer.
