If you’re not satisfied and unhappy with your purchase, you are welcome to email us to request a return or exchange after the delivery.

RETURNS / EXCHANGE

Kindly follow the guidelines below to be eligible for Returns/Exchange:

1. The item/s must be unused, in the original packaging and in the same condition when you received it.

2. Submit a receipt or proof of purchase.

3. Mila warranty period lasts for 7 days ONLY. If you received an item that is broken or defective, please attach a picture that clearly shows the damage and also describe the issue to receive a replacement

4. Kindly return the item/s within seven (7) working days. Item/s returned after seven days will not be eligible for an exchange or refund.

5. Please note that the shipping fee in sending back the item/s is shoulder by the customer.

REFUNDS

Once we receive your Return and are done inspecting it, we will be sending you an email with regards to the status of your request. If the returned item/s is/are unused, in the original packaging and in good condition (no damage or missing parts) a full refund will be processed through GCash or bank transfer.
